Poor Service and agents lack customer orientation

Santam arranged a towing services for my vehicle to be towed yesterday and alluded that it will be taken to nearest dealer for assessment. Today after 3pm I called them today and they told me too many stories and said they will listen my call recording from yesterday and call back in few minutes . Two hours later they haven't called me back. I called them again after 4pm and the worse thing is that I don't have a car, I need my car to be fixed. This is unprofessional and disappointing. Their operator’s are not customer orientated and lack professionalism.
