Poor service

Hit pothole 4 May, car was taken to Renew-it 5 May 2023. Have had poor service of insurance company. Have to always phone and get progress feedback from them. Damaged 2 mag wheels and 2 brand new tyres. This is the 3rd time same side. I'm not happy with the mags being repaired. I pay extra for tyre and mags. Would like your assistance 😉
