Poor Service

I am not happy with your service, since July until now my case has not been resolved. I have made calls, send emails i don't know how many times, no respond, each everytime i am pushed from person to another, promising to call me back. Your service is very poor, this is list of your staff that had failed to assist me not even a single day they bothered to respond to me and give me feedback/call me back. I sent all the documents Clive Mashau requested from me, he didn't even acknowledge that he have received them, when i phoned i was told your case now is no longer with Clive, call Fiona Hughes on this number, after a week i did follow up "Fiona Hughes is no longer working in that department, your case has been transferred to another person, please sent an email to the following email address" i am sick and tired of your push push.
