Poor service

<p>I called them because I wanted to change insurance companies based on what I heard. Initially the first interaction was great. spoke to a lovely lady that gave me a quote. She promised to call me back Thursday and this still hasn't happened a week later. Called a view times and no one seems to want to help me. I am disgusted and outraged at the level of distrust created between me and Santam. If you claim to be the best tell your advisors to do there job and stop acting like they running the contact centre. They speak with me and end the call because they 'busy'. I still want the quote but there's a certain level of service that was promised and this was clearly not upheld </p>
