POOR SERVICE

Alexander Forbes submitted a 3rd party claim to Santam on or around the 15th February 2015 t and to date they have not responded. They have spoken to their client for confirmation but are not feeding back to Alexander Forbes with a settlement offer. I tried to recover the excess from the 3rd party who confirmed that Santam did provide him with a claim no..I cannot understand what the delay is and also the lack of communication from Santam .
