Poor service

I am very unhappy with Santam Insurance.I submitted a claim because my laptop fell and screen broke.Santam refused to pay out the claim because my laptop was not specified.I only know about cellphones that needs to be specified and not laptops.The lady told me that if my laptop had water damage or was ****** out of my house they would have paid the claim.They are willing to pay for water damage but not accidental breakage.Unacceptable!!!!!<br> <br> I pay for accidental damage for house content.This is only an excuse for not paying out!!!!
