Poor service
So for this 3-4days that i lost business due to your neglicence, what is going to happen? The electrican can only give a report 2mrw and yet we still losing.. i want to know for these 4days that we lost business what will happen

We duly note your post above -- as mentioned in previous communication with you, you need to mitigate and proof your claim, therefore to provide us with a damage report so that we can ascertain the actual proximate cause of the damaged item.
Had we appointed an assessor immediately he would have requested the same, as we need a report to validate the loss/damage, without it we would not know if the damage would be covered in terms of your policy or not.
Should you wish to claim for loss of income you need to notify the appointed assessor of this as he/she will discuss and advise you what is required from you to calculate your loss of income due to the loss of the fryer.
Please provide that damage report to your broker asap so that he can pass it on to Santam to attend immediately.
