POOR SERVICE
Surge Claim
I am still waiting for assessor: Cobus Becker to call me as it was noted on the system for him to call me on the 24/03/2019. and since he did not call me i got his contact details from the office and i took the liberty of calling him on the 28/03/2019 and Cobus told me that he will call me on the 28/03/2019 at 18:00pm, and no call received, i called him again on the afternoon of the 29/03/2019 - no answer.
i called the office yesterday the 01/04/2019 and spoke to Thandeka Musa who has assisted by emailing Cobus to urgently contact me and it is now the 02/04/2019 @ 16:09 and still no call from Cobus Becker.
i need urgent intervention here pls so that the process of assessment can be completed as this is long overdue.

Cobus Becker only called me on the 04/04/2019 to clarify assessment report date and make and model numbers.
i have since than not had any other feedback- as i need to understand what is processes here onwards and turn around times.
i have called Santam branch on the 08/04 and spoke to Olwethu Tolana and he was not able to assist with above information as i told i need to speak to Cobus. i have made 3 attempts between the 08/04 and 09/04 to call Cobus but no answer and mail box is full. Olwethu has also sent an email to Cobus on the morning of the 08/04 for Cobus to call me and no feedback yet.
i am loosing my patience with all the incompetence i am experiencing.( documents was submitted on the 21/03/2019 and its now the 09/04/2019 and all i received was one phone call for assessment report date and model and serial number - that's it)
forget me migrating my structural and both vehicle insurances to Santam( i seen some good benefits on your structural insurance and i was convinced). and if i have to get any more frustrated than i already am - i will cancel this policy as well- i don't care about the loss of my claim...
