Poor service
I am with them for 11months now and I have claimed but they bull ****ing me. I called in sometime in March 2018 for PREMIUM REVIEW which we agreed with the consultant at R1295.17 that I will be paying it as of April the 25th and I have the confirmation. Immediately after I did premium review they sent me an email telling me as of the 01/06/2018 my premium will be R1900+. What is that??. I paid R1295.17 in April but now in May they debited R1522.20 this is bull ****. No communication! ! I demand my money back and an explanation then bye bye ******!!

27 May 2018, 07:25How does one do a premium review and then you increase the instalment immediately after the premium review was done?. And mind due I've been paying my monthly instalments religiously with no claim. I wonder what will happens when someone claims from you?. Yooooh!!!
