POOR SERVICE
Hi,
I would like to find out exactly how long it takes for a Excess Paid to refunded?
I paid the excess of an accident that was caused by a Santam insured party over three months ago and my broker advises me every week that a NEW person is dealing with this. This is utterly unacceptable. The lady that caused the accident is with Santam and now they do want to pay out my excess that I had to make plans to find to myself as I need my car for work.
I have opened a case at police and have all photos of the accident scene where you can clearly see the other party was in the wrong.
Please tell me how I can escalate this matter further.
