Poor service
I've just been on the line with a local Santam Broker in Klerksdorp, LM Makelaars.<br> During the conversation the lady called my wife a 'plot meit\. This is totally unacceptable. <br> <br> We are busy with a complaint where the terms of my policy was changed in January this year and still we are paying the same premium as then. I really expected more from the largest Insurer in SA."
