Poor Service

I was rear ended by your client on the 16th January 2015. Submitted all requested documents on the 4th February 2015 to date I have received no word from AON or Santam with regard to getting my vehicle repaired. My boot cannot close properly and smells terrible due to the rain. My rear lights do not work properly and this is just a huge inconvenience.
