Poor service

I loged a claim for my car after an accident on the 20th Feb 2023 and to date (7 March 2023) nothing has happened regarding my car it's sitting parked damaged, I have to call everyday and try find out what's happening and I get the same story every day that they will call me and no one ever does , I have been calling in every day and I keep been transferred to Natalie who tells me about her managers , Sisanda Ntiki who is supposed to be my claim handler is also of no help, I regret the day I took out this ****** insurance company , if you can't get my car fixed give me back my premiums sies in disgusted by this , I never had these issues when I was still with outsurance nxa .
