Poor santam service delivery

Ive been with santam for 3 years now. And dodnt had a problem at first. 2 motor vehicle claims no issues. I had a burglary on the 15th of October 2020. And the process is dragging. You never seem to get hold of someone. And if you do they just refer you. Theyve asighed someone to my case but he is on leave now. And no one else is helping. How can you have such a stupid business model. I have vehicle standing because the keys were ******. And they could not care less. Im struggeling to see why ive said "YES"
