Poor quality of work

Good day, I had a leak that developed from the rain last year in my room. Santam sent out a contractor to repair. Due to the rain experienced in CT, the problem reoccurred and my room is leaking again, This experience is unacceptable and the inconvenience is frustrating. Suffering in a cold wet room is the situation is my home now. I called the Call centre and my I was cut off twice. I am waiting for somebody from Santam to call me asap !!!
