Poor quality

I contacted santam Emergency to assist with my car not starting. They stated someone would arrive within 30min. Someone did arrive after an hour. Upon arrival the service folks didn't have the necessary equipment to assist and santam sent out another company to assist. Another 20min of waiting. This was a really minor incident and I'm glad I went through this instead of a major emergency to learn my lesson. Not sure the premium santam is charging is validated. Will be looking to move insurers shortly.
