Poor / No Service from Santam

Been Trying to sort out a claim since 20 June 2025. Have sent Mails to *** with no luck. Them just telling me they will speak to my Insurer (What they are not doing). also mailed *** as the next step they say that needs to be done, them not even coming back to me. All i can say is, i am glad i am not insured by them. 9 Months and not even a glimps of an outcome.
