Poor Insurance

My vehicle was involved in an accident that damaged be don't and shattered rear windshield.

This occurred on a Friday. Today is Thursday one week later and Santam have so far failed to advise which panel beater I can take my vehicle to for a quotation.

Clearly they are not Insurance God and proper like they claim.
