Poor insufficient service

Poor insufficient service. After I send a request for a quote I had to wait a few day for an Afrikaans speaking consultant to contact me. Nazeem called me, however he never mailed me the schedule of the house and vehicle insurance so that I could study it. You should train your call center agents better and also try to serve Afrikaans speaking people. Everybody is not English, so please stop forcing your English speaking consultants down my throat.
