poor helping

In 2018 i summed a 3 party claim after they sent me a mail asking me to sent what i need to sent..The complete 2019 after more than 18 mails to Fiona and after i sold my vehicle in the beginning on 2019 where i on the selling contract say that i sell it with the rear damaged with is on the contract no i have to give them a copy of the vehicle registration to santam..Post office can help me for it more them year santam say Fiona say she will not pay out the claim and dont care what hell do i go to the ***
