Poor Feedback
Excellent Service from the start when it came to putting in a claim for a vehicle accident.
However, when it comes to the legal department at Santam I get flat out ignored. I have had absolutely no feedback from "Puseletso Stefane" time and time again.
All I want is some feedback regarding Santam claiming the excess back from the courier company's Insurer that reversed into my vehicle.
I have provided by email on many occasions all the necessary paperwork and correspondence via the Courier's Insurer.
My first request was on the 2018-06-07, since then I have not had an adequate answer.
If I cannot get any assistance, I will move to another insurer.
