Poor customer service - no response when you even send an email.
Hi Sanlam,
Can I please get my policy documents the attorneys are looking for the policy documents.
I took policy yesterday but I was not sent all my policy document instead I only received a quotation but as indicated above the attorneys and the bank are looking for the policy docs.

12 Jul 2023, 11:15 I requested quote on Monday 10/07 and accepted same. Santam sent the quotation instead of policy contract to me and I had to then followup with them for the policy contract only for it to be sent this morning but it appears that the mortgage clause was not included – extremely poor service. I then had to follow-up with them and until todate I have not yet received help and the attorneys are waiting for this document for submission meaning I am delayed by Santam. It really seems as if Santam does not really know what they are doing. Appalling service.

As per email correspondence to you -- this was sent to Santam Direct to attend and correct as their department are responsible for any amendments.
We have now again requested them to attend and send the amended contract to you.
