Poor customer service

Very unprofessional....I have requested call backs and have sent emails regarding my claim with no replies....eventually I call through and get told they all on team building including the managers I requested to speak to....left a message for a call 2days later still no call or email....call through again and consultant eventually tells me in missing documents...super frustrating!!!!!
