Poor customer service

This is by far the worst car insurance I have ever had to deal with. I am currently going through a claim and all paper work submitted and nothing gets done or even responds of the process. When you can its as if its not a company you have to start explaining from scratch and told to call later when a specific person is there. They drop you and promise to call back which they never do. My case is with Sepati Mashaba. Every time you call your told different stories, they don't know what they are doing and seems to not have structure.
