Poor Customer Service

Two months ago I purchased a new vehicle and I decided to insure it with Santam. The consultant was super helpful at first and seemed to offer me the best premiums compared to other companies. I explained to the consultant that the address where the car will be, is different to the one stated in my application. He told me that this wasn't a problem and that the moment I took delivery of the car, I should inform him of the new address (which I did). He also told me that my monthly premiums would change and that I would be credited the extra R400 deducted on the first premium, he also told me that I would be receiving a copy of my insurance contract via mail soon (of which to this day, I'm still waiting for). I've sent him numerous emails, but I guess because he's bagged his ''commission" he no longer cares.
