Poor communication - lost business

A few weeks ago, a Santam representative kept me on the a telephone call for hours collecting details of my motor vehicles in order to provide an insurance quotation. A few minutes before the representative could communicate final figures the phone call disconnected. Weeks later, and Santam has not made any effort to communicate those figures to me.

Pathetic, Santam!
