Poor Communication Lines

It's a mission just to get ahold of them. I've been trying to call them for a week now. It's either the number says it is incorrect or a robot answers and you input all these numbers to get to a specific department only for the line to go mute at the end. Truly frustrating. I have even requested for a call back on their website and nothing concrete has come out of it. Should it really be this hard to reach you?
