Poor client service and a complete *******

I’m so disappointed and sadly this is not the first time Santam has disappointed me, I have been ****** in my home and put through a claim, according to my knowledge I am fully covered for home contents and personal belongs fall under that umbrella as I was told, I am also paying a premium which exempts me being charged an excess but on receipt of payout I am paid almost a 3rd of items ****** and on top of that an excess charged, I had barely to no communication and was constantly passed on to an assessor who just never communicated, I am extremely gutted and I will now be looking to a new insurance company that will keep their word according to their own policy wordings and be clear when being offered the policy, not happy with their service at all and this was not the first time
