Poor claims service

A very simple and straightforward claim remains unresolved after months because the claims handler closed it in error and can't reopen it because of system issues. Sounds like them making their problems mine. Absolutely disgraceful service. They should have to pay me for the inconvenience I have endured and waive the excess
