Poor
If I could give 0 stars I would. Have a car insurance related claim. Been taking 2 weeks to sort out, after I was told it would be 3 days. I dont pay cheap for my insurance and it is inexcusable. I would recommend people do not go to santam but rather make usr of other Insurance Services

13 Jul 2020, 15:37After this post was made miraculously the claim is processed. Your company is a joke. Spent half the morning on the phone with Santam. And the rude agents hangs up on a client.
