POLICY NUMBER ***

Ive recently took out car insurance with santam. My policy start date is 15 February, today is 8 february they debited money from my account which we did not agree on, there is not enough funds in my account. I demand a refund plus extra for fees due to my account going in an overdraft while i dont have an overdraft on my account. Santam I am not yet covered with you, why are you taking money from me? My policy is from 15 to 15 please dont let me regret this move
