Policy hasn’t commenced, but bad service already

On the 22nd of January I sent an email to *** to enquire about the photos that I have uploaded to ask if they were approved. In the email, I also asked if I would have to submit another odometer reading on the 21st of February; more than a week later, I still haven’t received a response.
