Policy cancellation without my knowledge
I had insurance with Santam since 2016. This morning (18-01-2019) I found out for my Broker about how they cancelled my policy since beginning of this year 01-01-2019.
There was absolutely NO communication about this to me, for the past half a month I have been driving around without insurance without knowledge that it has been cancelled.
