Please pay for the water damage too
Your client bumped my car in September we are now few days away from November. My door is messed up it's not closing properly. So who will cover the extra damages caused by the rain that's seeping through the car door? Can I also claim for the wet carpet that's in my car from your *********** staff members or will that be payed by santam?

My car is booked in for repairs next weekend and my hands are tied behind my back here because all is dependent on when you decide to pay out. Please direct me to a panelbeater that will fix the car without a deposit or full payment, I'll gladly take my car there and you can pay them directly. No workshop works without deposit Mr Olivier. Please fix your problem.
