Pis poor service from Santam

<p><p>I received pi****r service from Santam. Part of my vehicle insurance agreement is that they'll provide me with a rental vehicle when needed. I submitted a claim yesterday afternoon and it was arranged that I take my car to the dealership today which I did at around 09:30. Currently it is 13:52 and I am still waiting for the rental car.</p></p>
