****** Phone issue not resolved
I am deaf. My phone was ****** 3 months ago and it was not resolved. I gave them the avidavit, ITC, documents etc but was told that its difficult because the box that the phone came in was ****** and they needed the IMEI number, they also said that I have two IMEI numbers. I am still paying for insurance but do not have the phone. Please contact me via email: *** or sms me at ***. This is unacceptable
