Phenomenal Service!!

I had a breakdown on Saturday 03 Feb. I called the Santam SOS line and was assisted by Itumeleng and another person (cannot remember her name). They were just phenomenal! The assistance I received was out of this world. I was scared, frustrated and felt hopeless until i called them. Their concern for my safety made me feel so valued as a client and a person. They had arranged for towing services in no time and checked in on me all the time until I was safely home. This is the reason why I am with Santam. Its about the way they value their clients in their time of need. Thank you Itumeleng and your colleague. You came through for me! I've had a breakdown incident last year as well and received the same excellent service although I did not need to make use of towing in the end. Thank you Santam.
