Pethethic unfair treatment because i was 3rd party

On the 13 th of August 2015 I was unfortunate to have met in an accident with Santam client Mr GH Deppe.I was travelling on a one way street when Mr Deppe (77 years) shot a stop sign at such a short distance before my vehicle that by even hushly breaking could could not avoid Mr Deppe.The client was very upfront with Santam and me and apologised numerous times.Mr Deppe even said to Malusi the team leader there was nothing i could have done to avoid him he was totally in the wrong but with that been said the client was asked by Malusi at santam to remain quiet as he would be liable and he must just let them handle in and \not get involved".With all the facts in hand and even with the confession of their client their still offered a 60% apportionment .I asked for a review and was told to do what ever i wanted they will \""Vigorously\"" defend their client even though they client was saying the opposite to them.My cheapest quote was R17500 and Santam has offered R7500 which i cannot do nothing with.Totally Disqusted with Santam very unprofessional."""
