Personal insurance claims card

I must say I am very disappointed in Santam, after they were quick to register and pay out my claim. It's been over 2 weeks now I am waiting for my claims card. Everytime I phone they are telling me stories and it's not in their control. I don't how long do I have to wait for a claims card. And now I am starting to think they are ignoring my emails.
