Payment on hold due to things out of my control
I have been with santam insurance for a long time. My phone broke and i have a partially paralyzed daughter and i am in contact with her doctors and can not be without a phone. I have a broker in upington emeralds and they require a letter of bank and payment etc i can not access my fnb app as i need to install it on my new phone and can not leave my work place. It is not that i have missed or skipped any premiums. Annelize have been understanding and keeping me up to date with my claim and now payout is blocked for things out of my control.

After so long with them one would have thought that they will understand and assist till you can get them the documents they need. Stephan Olivier / Khanyi Sityata is surely the 2 people that do not even want to try to assist you and just take your hand and go the extra mile for Santam nor their loyal clients.
