Payback the money!!
<p>a drunk driver drove into my car, got a police case nrs etc. Lodged a claim with SANTAM agains the other party, Paid my R3500 access payment. I was not at fault, my vehicle was parked in a parking bay when he drove into me. Send SANTAM voice recordings of the other parties insurance calling me and the other party confirming their guilt. No one at SANTAM even bothers to reply to my emails regarding paying my money back to me. Pathetic</p>

its just sad that a matter must be escalated to a social media platform before someone takes notice. Only when it can effect new customers joining that the people start reacting. My next step would unfortunately be The Ombudsman. Legal had enought time. I pay insurance to be covered and placed back in the posision that i was before something happened, not to be in email battle with SANTAM
