PATIENTS RUNNING OUT
I have been in contact with thdm this whole week to get confirmation of a new policy emailed to us. We need to pick up the car and still did not get the confirmation.

I have now been informed that it was never addedd to our insurance. Please add it today and send me confirmation. I actually hoped for a better deal on this after speaking to one of your unprofessional consultants.
If Santam cannot deliver please inform me and i will seek for other indurance in the morning. Im sure there is an professional insurer in the outside.
Please email me asap and copy *** in this urgently do we know what to do next.
