Pathetic/Disgusting service from a "reputable" insurance company

When a client of Santam drove into my car and I did a third party claim, they refused to repair my car to the condition in which it was before their client drove into me.

For an accident which was not my fault, and a "reputable" insurance company such as Santam it is disgusting to know that they will deliver such sub standard service.

I urge NO ONE to take insurance cover for the vehicles with them, as your car will be worse off after an accident once they decide which parts your car may be fitted with!
