PATHETIC TACTICS NOT TO PAY CLAIM
<p>my vehicle was parked in a parking bay at work , Santams client was overtaking another truck lost control of the truck , collided with a building and two vehicles parked in the parking bay and now its not their clients fault?! my vehicle was damaged and ive claimed 3rd party liability from them as it was their truck that collided with my vehicle and now they state it was not their fault and i should claim from the other truck. eye witness has pointed that it was santam clients fault yet they are not taking that into consideration only what their driver said!...unacceptable...they have been giving me the run around for almost 2 months now....if this is how they operate you are certainly better off with another insurance company... </p>

with all due respect , I know the out come and according to previous reports regarding Mr. Anton Theart I know this claim will not be entertained. I have seen many posts regarding his tactics and ways in which we the 3rd party claim victim receives the short end of the stick.
