Pathetic Service Santam

<p>Took over a month just to get approval for a panel beater and its now 42 days and the panelbeater hasnt started with repair, awaiting authorizations from Santam. Pathetic service with little to no communications from Santam. Regret taking out a Santam policy. <br />Despite numerous calls and emails, I still am without a vehicle whilst paying my installments diligently. <br />Definitely a poor service from Santam</p>
