Pathetic Service received from Santam

I’ve not had such bad service in my Life. I phoned the Santam call Centre on Thursday (6th Sep 2018) afternoon, it’s now Sunday morning and my Issue has still not been resolved. All you get is empty promises, that they will resolve your issue as soon a possible, but after 4 days nothing...I had to follow up the whole time on information requested. The Managers are just as ***********, they are all singing out of the same Hymn book... I will be taking my Concerns raised with Santam to the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman...
