Pathetic service from Vehicle insurance

Waiting since claim lodged July 2018 repaired vehicle October 2018 still waiting for claim to be paid . Phoned mailed maybe I should go on knees and beg they don't care though . Repairer waiting for payment . They respond or do things when they want to . From first logged claim no care from anyone except Keegan....rest seem to think they doing you a favour . I've sent to date 21 emails and around 10 calls to them and still waiting for a conclusion
