Pathetic service from the so called leaders

So these ppl brag about being in insurance for 100 years lol yet they can’t even get the basics right... so I call in for a quote for my building and contents and the lady explained to me that there are additional excess when claiming for my water heating system, I then ask why what’s the logic behind 2 excess if it wasn’t my fault and she couldn’t explain... 100 years ppl nah... then I’m like okay send me the quote and the policy wording so I can educate myself... it’s been 2 days I’m still waiting for the email... so I call back today and asked for the quote and guess what??? 2 of there highly skilled consultants advised that they will forward me the quote lol so I’m not sure who is fooling who after confirming my email 100 times. I still haven’t received anything. And that’s not it... I asked for the quote and policy wording documents and I was told I need to accept the cover first before I can’t read what I’ve accepted... like really 100 years and this is how you guys do insurance... guess 100 years mean absolutely nothing... thank you Santam you really out done yourselves.
