Pathetic service from Santam

Pathetic service from Santam. No communication or follow up on claims and employees shift blame all the time. I have a car claim with them and the process took so long. They just dump your car at the panel beater and never care if you get a good service or not. You call and complain and will not get any help. You request management to intervene they are never available.
