Pathetic Service from Santam
On the 1st of September 2019 a claim(***) was logged for a collapsed wall. Despite several calls, escalations and quotations an assessor ony came out on the 4th of September. The assessor advised that the committee would meet on the 5th and provide feedback on the 6th. To date, 5 days after the incident we still do not have an outcome.
